The Los Atalayones complex is approximately 300-400 metres from the beach at Mojácar Playa, less than 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is beautifully equipped, more as a home rather than a normal rental property. It is fully air-conditioned in all rooms, and consists of a double bedroom with king-size bed, 2 twin bedrooms, lounge/diner, kitchen, bathroom and large terrace, with another small terrace off bedroom 2. There is also a very large store cupboard on the other side of the hallway for storing larger items such as suitcases and beach equipment. The apartment is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. No smoking is allowed in the apartment.

The apartment has a sea view, and overlooks the swimming pools and gardens of the complex. As you can see in the picture below, the complex has a small mountain immediately behind it, ensuring that it is not overlooked.

The lounge is fitted with 3 and 2 seater settees, colour UK satellite television and a DVD with some movies supplied. The Dining area features a six seater table and chairs, sideboard containing various games, and feature display cabinet. The bookshelf has a variety of books for your holiday reading. A high chair is available for younger visitors.

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, cooker/hob and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom looks out onto the terrace and has a triple wardrobe and king-size bed. There is also a dressing table with mirror, and a hairdryer is provided.

Bedroom 2 has twin beds, double wardrobe, a dressing table with hair dryer and opens onto the small terrace.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a double wardrobe, and looks onto the small terrace. It has a TV and Sony Playstation 2 with games. A travel cot is available for little ones.

The apartment features a large terrace facing the sea, which is in the sun all day, from sunrise until the late afternoon, The terrace has a patio table, 6 chairs, 2 sun beds and a large pull-down sun canopy. There is also a gas barbecue available for use.

Outside, the complex has 2 swimming pools, 2 toddler pools, tennis court, and lovely landscaped gardens.

The pools are lit at night.
