Fordingbridge Town
Football Club will normally be playing all their Home matches one of
the following :-
BURGATE SCHOOL,
FORDINGBRIDGE

FROM
RINGWOOD.....
Come off A31 at the Ringwood Junction and at the
large roundabout take the first exit to Fordingbridge
(A338).
Follow A338 for approximately six miles and then
ignore the first Fordingbridge exit (before Fordingbridge flyover)
signposted FORDINGBRIDGE.
Continue along the A338 across the
Fordingbridge Flyover. After approximately half a mile take the
first left hand turning (signposted FORDINGBRIDGE NORTH). You will
be able to see the school buildings in front of you. As you come
around the bend of the junction take the road directly in front
(BURGATE FIELDS) and then take the first right and follow this road
along to the School gates. Proceed into the School and go straight
over the mini roundabout and continue along, past the Tennis Courts,
where you will find the car park. Pitches are at the rear of the
school.
FROM SALISBURY.....
Follow A338 and turn right
(signposted FORDINGBRIDGE NORTH) as you come into Fordingbridge. You
will be able to see the school buildings in front of you. Turn
immediately right again (BURGATE FIELDS) and then take the first
right and follow this road along to the School gates. Proceed into
the School and go straight over the mini roundabout and continue
along, past the Tennis Courts, where you will find the car park.
Pitches are at the rear of the school.
FORDINGBRIDGE
RECREATION GROUND.
================================
This is an
excellent setting alongside the River Avon with plenty of amusements
for younger spectators (swings, slides, paddling pool
etc.)
ROUTE DIRECTIONS TO FORDINGBRIDGE RECREATION
GROUND:
FROM RINGWOOD....
Come off A31 at the Ringwood

The Recreation Ground is just along
this small slip road on the left hand side. Parking is available
through the first gate of the Recreation Ground or slightly further
down is another free car park on the right hand side.
FROM
SALISBURY.....
Follow A338 but DO NOT come off at the first
Fordingbridge turning. Continue along the A338 across the
Fordingbridge Flyover. After approximately half a mile take the
first left hand turning (signposted FORDINGBRIDGE). Turn left at the
bottom of the exit road, and take the first left again.
The
Recreation Ground is just along this small slip road on the left
hand side. Parking is available through the first gate of the
Recreation Ground or slightly further down is another free car park
on the right hand side.
